We accept returns in store for orders made online as long as you have proof of purchase. However, due to money laundering laws we can ONLY refund via original method of payment, therefore you will receive the refund via the online payment portal to your card and not via the in store payment processor or cash.

We have been asked on several occasions if Steel is fake Silver. The answer is NO. Steel is a metal alloy in it's own right and so is Zinc Alloys and Stainless Steel - Stainless Steel contains much less iron and copper compounds that normally cause rust erosion or green skin. This makes Stainless Steel a longer lasting choice for costume jewellery. Steel is also the least preferred material in order to make 'Fake Silver' because it's not close to Silver in weight and is ferromagnetic. Therefore Steel can be determined simply by using a magnet as it will stick. Zinc Alloy and Copper are more common although Zinc Alloy still contains Iron - a ferromagnetic property. Copper (which has the most properties in relation to silver) is the most commonly used but is brass in colour, therefore will be thinly coated in genuine Silver in order to masquerade as a genuine silver product. Genuine 925 Silver can still contain copper and cause green discolouration, however, genuine silver will never change colour and will polish back to a shine, a fake piece will scratch to reveal copper underneath.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding ANY of our pieces please do not hesitate to ask. We take this area very seriously and will never be insulted if you wish to make a genuine query. We only purchase Silver from within the UK and can trace all of our products back to the original wholesaler should there be a need to report supply of fake goods in the UK.
We do not sell Gold jewellery or any precious items which would require certification. We deal in non-precious materials and non-precious stones (non-precious meaning abundant and affordable) and our Silver range falls below precious weights and is specific to our theme. We carry little Silver 925 in comparison to costume materials.
NO. We do not deal in second hand or used items in any respect.
